The exciting part - getting your crew on Blerter. The more people you have on Blerter the more engagement you'll get. Think about your events' communication plan and who's on there? Your managements team, suppliers, contractors and volunteers? Put them in their own Channel so you can send targeted messages to the team who need it.

Blerter allows you to create tasks attached to hazards, incidents or documents. Event managers and team leaders can assign these specific tasks to any team member at the event, including contractors.
The Blerter Console provides a single view on all the real-time activities going on at your event. See Blerts and Incidents come into the Console in real-time. Look for patterns within the communications and highlight where your priorities lie to efficiently distribute your resources to where they matter most.
When the event has been set up it is important to add your team to the event, this can be done for staff that are already part of your organization, or you can invite new team members to join the team through the Dashboard or with with the groups QR code.
